Coronavirus Precautions

Duncan Audi is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers. We are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and all communications from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), government agencies, local health officials, and our internal team to keep tabs on this ever-changing situation. We want our customers to feel confident and comfortable when visiting Duncan Audi for any of their automotive purchasing or servicing needs. While we have always had stringent cleaning and sanitation procedures in place in our dealership, we are taking additional precautions to keep customers and associates safe.


We are temporarily updating our Sales and Service hours as follows:

 

Sales Department:

Monday - Saturday
9am - 6pm

 

Service & Parts Departments:

Monday - Friday

7:30am - 5pm
Pick-up until 6pm


In-Dealership Cleaning:
We have enhanced our Dealership cleaning and disinfecting procedures in all high-touch areas, including:
 • Bathrooms
 • Customer waiting areas and lounges
 • Kiosks, credit card readers, counters and service advisor stations
 • All door handles and counter tops are wiped down hourly
 • We will have hand sanitation stations in our lounges and showroom

We are implementing protective measures in dealing with our Sales and Service Associates and here's how:

In-Dealership:
It has always been our practice at Duncan Audi to shake the hands of our valued customers to greet them or express sincere appreciation for their business. We are temporarily halting this practice to enhance everyone's safety. In addition, every associate that interacts with your vehicle, whether it is assessing your vehicle's trade-in value, driving it into the shop to make necessary repairs, or delivering you your newly purchased vehicle, will be wearing gloves and will wipe down the steering wheel and gear shift and any area with which they have come in contact.

From your home:
For those customers wishing to conduct business with us remotely or online, we will extend to you the following:
 • Build my deal, purchase online and schedule your in-store delivery.
   Delivery to be less than 1 hour.  
 • Service pick-up and delivery at no additional charge.
   (There may be distance limitations.)
 • Virtual test drives through the use of video.

Online or tele-purchase experience to include:
 
• Trade appraisals
 • Build my deal online
 • Securing financing and protection products
 • 3-day return policy


If remote purchase or service options are best for you, simply contact your Duncan
Audi sales or service professional and we will arrange these services for you in the simplest way possible.

For our associates and our community: Finally, and importantly, any of Duncan
Audi team members who are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 will remain at home for the safety of our associates and our valued customers.
